Today, during National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, we honor a survivor whose courage has left a lasting impact on all of us who have had the privilege of walking beside her.

Her journey was not easy, and the road was long. Still, she moved forward—steady, aware, and unwavering in her strength. Today, she has chosen to share a glimpse of her story so that others may feel less alone.

We honor her voice, her resilience, and the light she offers to others finding their way.

This week’s theme is Listen. Act. Advocate. This courageous Survivor embodies all three. And today we are asking you to start with the first one. 𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗡.
