Today, we pay tribute to Cesar Chavez, acknowledging his tireless dedication to enhancing the lives and workplaces of our agricultural communities. With firsthand experience as a member of the agricultural workforce, Chavez understood the economic disparities and challenging labor conditions. He laid the groundwork and championed advancements aimed at creating a fairer and more equitable society. “We cannot seek achievement for ourselves and forget about progress and prosperity for our community… Our ambitions must be broad enough to include the aspirations and needs of others, for their sakes and for our own.” ~ Cesar Chavez Hoy rendimos homenaje a César Chávez, reconociendo su incansable dedicación para mejorar las vidas y los lugares de trabajo de nuestras comunidades agrícolas.
