On August 28, 2026, the Honorable Judge Jamie L. Pesce sentenced Kate Andermatt to 180 days in county jail and five years of formal probation after she pleaded no contest to felony DUI causing injury.
Andermatt also admitted to having a high blood alcohol concentration, a multiple-victim injury enhancement, and a prior DUI conviction.
The Court imposed a three-year driverโs license suspension and a two-year ignition interlock requirement and declared Andermatt a habitual traffic offender.
