Brandon Beene – Convicted of Domestic Violence and Child Abuse/EndangermentOn January 25, 2024, an El Dorado County jury found Brandon Beene guilty of a felony violation of domestic violence and a misdemeanor violation of child abuse or endangerment.In June of 2019, Beene strangled and struck his then girlfriend while his young child watched. He left the scene of the incident when law enforcement was called. Sentencing is currently scheduled for March 8, 2024.
The trial was conducted in Department 2 of the El Dorado County Superior Court before the honorable Judge Ralphs, investigated by EDSO Deputy Hartfield and District Attorney Investigator Rich Horn, and prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Blair Gue.
